GoodReview provides a digital SaaS platform that helps doctors collect Google reviews. Our refund policy is designed to be fair while accounting for the nature of digital services and physical products.

GMB Block / Link Not Working — 20% Refund
💡 We offer 20% refund if your Google My Business listing gets blocked OR your GMB review link stops working within 2 months of activation.
This is because GoodReview is a technology platform — we are not responsible for Google's policies, actions, or decisions regarding your business listing. However, we acknowledge the inconvenience and offer a partial refund as a goodwill gesture.
- Refund applies only within the first 2 months of plan activation
- You must WhatsApp us proof (screenshot) that GMB is blocked or link is broken
- Refund will be processed within 7 working days
- Refund goes to original payment method only
Physical Products — No Refund
🚫 NFC Cards, QR Sticker Sheets, and Table Standees are physical products. Once shipped, they cannot be returned or refunded under any circumstances.
- Physical products are custom-made for each doctor
- Once shipped, no returns accepted
- Damaged in transit? WhatsApp us — we will replace at our discretion
- Wrong address provided by doctor — not our responsibility

Who We Are
GoodReview ("we", "our", "us") is a SaaS platform that helps Indian doctors collect Google reviews. We operate at goodreview.in. Our support contact is support.goodreview@gmail.com.
What Data We Collect
When a doctor registers on GoodReview, we collect:
- Full name, degree, and medical specialty
- Hospital or clinic name, city, area, and state
- WhatsApp number and email address
- Google My Business (GMB) review link
- Selected plan and payment information (processed by Razorpay)
- Delivery address (for physical product plans only)
When a patient uses a doctor's review page, we do not collect any patient personal data. No login, no registration, no tracking of patients.
How We Use Your Data
- To create and maintain your GoodReview doctor profile
- To send your review page link and activation confirmation via email
- To deliver physical products (NFC, standee, QR stickers)
- To send renewal reminders before plan expiry
- To provide customer support via WhatsApp
- To improve our platform and services
Data Storage
All doctor profile data is stored securely in Airtable (US-based cloud database). Payment data is handled entirely by Razorpay — we do not store credit card or UPI details on our servers.
🔒 We never sell, rent, or share your personal data with any third party for marketing purposes.

We use the following trusted third-party services:
- Razorpay — Payment processing
- Airtable — Data storage
- Make.com — Automation workflows
- Gmail — Transactional emails
- GitHub Pages — Website hosting
- Google Maps API — GMB link integration
Your Rights
- Request to view your stored data — WhatsApp us
- Request correction of incorrect data — use edit.html or WhatsApp
- Request deletion of your account — WhatsApp us
- Opt out of renewal reminder emails — WhatsApp us
Cookies
GoodReview does not use tracking cookies. We do not use Google Analytics or any advertising tracking. Our website is a simple static site with no cookie-based tracking.

Acceptance of Terms
By registering on GoodReview or using any of our services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform.
Our Service
GoodReview provides a digital platform that helps doctors in India collect genuine Google reviews from their patients. Our service includes:
- A personalized patient-facing review page
- Auto-generated review text in 4 languages
- QR code for print and display
- NFC card, QR stickers, and standee (paid plans)
- Doctor dashboard and profile editing
Doctor Responsibilities
- You must provide accurate and truthful registration information
- You are responsible for providing a valid and working GMB link
- You must not use GoodReview to collect fake or misleading reviews
- You must comply with Google's review policies
- You are responsible for keeping your login email accessible for OTP
- You must provide correct delivery address for physical products
Subscription & Payment
- Plans are annual or multi-year subscriptions paid upfront
- Payments are processed securely via Razorpay
- Your plan activates within 24 hours of payment confirmation
- Renewal reminders will be sent before expiry via email
- Expired plans will deactivate the review page automatically
- Renewal only requires updating ExpiryDate — no new QR or NFC needed
💡 Your Doctor ID and QR code are permanent — they never change, even on renewal or plan upgrade.
Limitations of Service
🚫 GoodReview is NOT responsible for Google's actions on your GMB listing. If Google removes, suspends, or blocks your business listing, that is outside our control.
- We cannot guarantee a specific number of reviews
- We are not responsible for Google algorithm changes
- We are not responsible for GMB listing suspensions by Google
- Review page uptime depends on GitHub Pages and Airtable availability
- We reserve the right to deactivate accounts that violate our terms
Intellectual Property
All GoodReview platform code, design, and content is owned by GoodReview. Doctors may not copy, reproduce, or resell any part of our platform. Doctor profile data belongs to the doctor.
Termination
- You may deactivate your account by contacting us on WhatsApp
- We may terminate accounts that violate these terms without refund
- On termination, your review page will be deactivated
- Physical products already shipped cannot be returned
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Gujarat, India.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify registered doctors of significant changes via email. Continued use of GoodReview after changes means acceptance of the new terms.
